Reactive Audio offer Voice Over and Creative Audio Solutions including
professional on hold marketing for your telephone system, voice overs for TV and radio, podcasting and radio solutions for businesses, commercial production, media training and I.S.D.N studio hire. They also run their our own radio station, Reactive Radio, featuring “The Best Songs Ever Made” 24 hours a day!
They needed a solution to to their growing Accounting burden as well as an effective method of controlling sales enquiries and tracking ongoing opportunities.
The Solution:
Ceetec Solutions implemented Sage Instant Accounts and offered ongoing training and support. Once Sage Instant was successfully in place Reactive took on the ACT! Contact and Customer Management solution which now controls the sales process from start to finish as well as providing Calendar and Marketing Communication benefits
