The Solution:
Sage 50 offered massive benefits to the accounts procedure overcoming significant duplication of effort and giving visibility of financial information that was previously impossible to produce, but another answer was needed for keeping on top of sales information. The solution was ACT! – a powerful contact manager that helps manage the tasks and information related to developing and maintaining business relationships.
Ceetec installed ACT! and customised the product to suit our business. They further supported our use of the system by running individual training sessions as needed. Ceetec continues as ASG’s first line of support.
